• The facade of Fuga covers that of Pope Eugenius III (1145-1153)
• The statue at the lower left is St. Charles Borromeo (1538-1584). At top, from the left are two Popes, Mary and Jesus, and two other Popes. The statue at the lower right is Nicholas Albergati (1375-1443). Over the center door are statues of Humility and Virginity. Pope Benedict XIV's (1740-1758) coat of arms is just below them
• The Romanesque campanile dates from 1377 with a bell from 1289. At 248 feet, it is the tallest in Rome. The coat of arms is of Pope Paul V (1605-1621) who renovated it
