• On the celebration of 1000 years of Christian faith in Ukraine in 1988, the oval of St. Olga (890-969 ca.) was placed here. Olga became Christian around 955. She was the grandmother of St. Vladimir who was baptized in 988 and, later as the Grand Duke of Kiev, promoted the faith in Kievan Russia
