• The tomb is Funeral Monument of Francesco Tornabuoni. Tornabuoni (d. 1480) was a merchant from Florence. There are many Florentines buried here as this was the primary church in Rome for the Florentines before the construction of San Giovanni dei Fiorentini in 1518
